HP Battery Health Manager is a BIOS-level setting available in most HP business notebooks that is designed to help optimize battery life by mitigating the exposure of the notebook battery to key factors, such as high state-of-charge, that can accelerate battery swelling and chemical aging over time.

Installing HP Battery Health Manager

HP Battery Health Manager is available on all HP business notebooks from 2016 to today. If HP Battery Health Manager is not available in your computer BIOS (F10 > Advanced > Power Management Options), then you will need to update your BIOS to the minimum requirement for your device. To identify the minimum BIOS version that contains HP Battery Health Manager, go to HP Introduces HP Battery Health Manager.
